Groundbreaking Ceremony 2003

September 2003 Northwest held the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Ministry Center phase 1.  Evangelist Carl Richardson was the guest speaker and was one of the original founding fathers of Northwest.  The Northwest Tampa Church of God was organized in Tampa, Florida on December 1, 1968.
